Financial Controller

With over 25 years of experience in finance, Hayley brings technical expertise and strategic insight to her role as Financial Controller. An ACA qualified accountant, she trained with BDO Stoy Hayward and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from Brunel University.

Previously Hayley was Finance Manager at The Yes Company Ltd, a business in the wellness and fitness services sector. Throughout her career, she has supported organisations across a range of industries, combining analytical focus with a practical, commercial approach to finance leadership.

Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, swimming, and keeping active, as well as spending quality time with her three daughters.
