Chris Duck – Portfolio FD

Chris joined Archangel Accounting in January 2022 as a finance director. He is an ICAEW Fellow having qualified at Grant Thornton, and has a first-class degree in mathematics. Chris has over 20 years’ experience as an auditor and finance executive in leading roles for sectors that include accounting services, gift experience, and lighting design and manufacture.

At Archangel Accounting, Chris leads a dedicated team working primarily with UK VC backed biotechs, as well as international groups and U.S. accounting. He has led teams through PCAOB audits in preparation for IPO and has supported companies with significant investment and call option transactions. Chris is our in-house Excel expert and has a talent for data modelling and complex spreadsheets.
