Head of Taxation

Chris joined Archangel Accounting in March 2025 as Head of Taxation, bringing with him prior experience in retail banking, operations management in industry, and tax management.

His many years of tax management experience were gained at Confluence Tax, a boutique tax advisory firm specialising in biotech companies, and Frazier & Deeter a US/UK audit and advisory firm. He is currently studying on the ACA/CTA joint programme to expand his credentials.

Chris is our specialist in corporate tax, research and development tax credits, EIS and other transaction work. He provides expertise in identifying opportunities, securing incentives and delivering strategies that maximise value.
