Lisa Stone MBA is a COO/CFO and Investor Relations (IRO) consultant based in Phoenix, AZ with over 25 years of experience in fundraising for private and public companies in life sciences / biotech / MedTech, private equity, venture capital, real estate and construction, as well as with family offices and non-profits. For the last eight years, Lisa has helped a number of EU and US-based life sciences companies on a fractional basis with their investor relations and project management of the fundraising process (seed through crossover rounds), as well as other finance and operational consulting engagements.

Over her career she’s held several significant C-suite roles including, Managing Director in PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Asset Management Advisory group (NYC), COO / CFO of Global Private Equity for Bank of America Merrill Lynch (NYC), Controller at KKR & Co. (NYC), and CFO/IRO for Meditrust (Boston), as well as C-Suite at CareMatrix (Boston) and PhyMatrix (FL/Boston). She also held a number of CFO/IRO roles at venture backed privately held life sciences and tech companies (Medical Foods, LavaStorm and Nexaweb).
